Same day appointment cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total. No show, no call will be charged 100% of the service total. Please be on time. If you are 10 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will be in effect, meaning there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the service total. Please do not come to an appointment if you are sick or have physical symptoms of being sick. I will reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you come to your appointment visibly sick and the cancellation policy will take effect.
